Miss Singapore 2009 Pilar Carmelita ArlandoAfter Miss Ris Low gave up her crown as Miss Singapore 2009 and Miss 1st Runner up Claire Lee could not stand up on her high heels because of her back pain, Miss 2 ndRunner up Pilar Carmelita Arlando became Miss Singapore 2009 and she will represent Singapore to attend Miss World 2009.
